General requirements

  1. The information and prices listed on the website https://satuharapantour.com are information and prices that are still valid.
  2. Prices can change at any time and prices and orders are not binding.
  3. All changes to prices and information will be informed via the website https://satuharapantour.com.
  4. Satu Harapan tour working hours and services are Monday-Sunday from 08.00-17.00 and all communications (via email, telephone, SMS, etc.) and order processing can be done during these working hours and online orders can be made 24 hours/7 days . We will respond as quickly as possible.
  5. We guarantee all tour package details including price, itinerary and facilities as stated on the website https://satuharapantour.com.

Service Orders

  1. Orders can be made by booking online via the booking form, email, SMS and telephone call.
  2. When placing an order, make sure the data you send is correct, starting from name, date, time, contact number, email address, number of participants.
  3. Make sure you read carefully the name, date, time, contact number, email address, number of participants, itinerary and tour facilities in the tour confirmation letter that we sent to you via email.
  4. Errors in sending and confirming the data we sent to you above can cause your tour to fail, we are not responsible for data errors after we send the tour confirmation to you.

Payment Method

  1. Payment is made via Bank Transfer to the designated account, payment gateway on the website, Account Information will be provided after you make a reservation.
  2. After you make the payment, please confirm the payment via email by including the booking data and proof of transfer.
  3. Payment can also be made in cash via pick-up team, bank transfer & Swap Engine EDC (Electronic Data Capture).
  4. Failure/errors in fulfilling the above requirements may result in the failure of your tour reservation.

Tour Cancellation

Cancellation from consumer

  1. Cancellations made 7 days before departure, subject to a 50% fee.
  2. Cancellations made 3 days before departure, subject to a 75% cancellation fee.
  3. If cancellation is made 1 day before departure, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
  4. No Show = Non refundable/ Non rescedule.
  5. Delays & schedule errors, which are caused by natural disasters, demonstrations, accidents and riots or caused by participant error and without confirmation, we consider as unilateral cancellation by the tour participant.
  6. All changes and cancellations must be informed in writing via email. Changes and cancellations without information via email are considered invalid.
Cancellation from domestic travel parties
  1. Cancellation of the tour due to our inability to provide the tour, natural disasters, accidents and riots, all fees paid will be refunded 100%.
  2. All costs outside the ordered tour package incurred by participants from outside the city are the responsibility of the participants themselves and are not our responsibility.
  3. Satu Harapan Tour has the right to Prohibit, Advise and Report participants to the authorities if they carry out activities that violate applicable laws, Domestic Travel Tourism Regulations or which have the potential to harm the natural environment.

Satu Harapan Tour Rules

  1. Participants are prohibited from bringing items that are considered unlawful / without official permission: including sharp weapons, firearms & narcotics.
  2. Participants are prohibited from using tour facilities such as cars & hotels for activities that violate the law.
  3. Participants are prohibited from throwing rubbish carelessly either in public areas or in tourist areas.
  4. Participants are prohibited from taking protected cultural heritage objects, plants and animals in public areas or tourist areas.
  5. Obey every instruction from our Tour Guide.
  6. Obey all rules at the hotel.
  7. Maintain your manners during the tour.
  8. Failure to fulfill the requirements above could result in you having problems with applicable laws in Indonesia.

Others

  1. These terms and conditions are binding.
  2. Tour participants who have made a reservation are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
